yrs exp.in meat/food prod. plant/3 yrs in Maintenance Mngt or supervisory
position. Must be technically strong/hands-on/ confident in technical
maintenance/admin. with food safety/GMP/ audit/ compliance. Refrigeration
plant knowledge/ exp.cold chain/freezer/temp controlled food manufacturing
advantageous. Excellent admin/ leadership/people mngt/ problem-solving
skills/attention to detail/work under pressure/respond quickly to
prod./ops demands. Must be hands-on/organised/disciplined/capable
of building a culture of accountability/high maintenance standards
in factory. Will support effective mngt of maint ops in value-added
meat factory/day-to-day maint across manufacturing facility/prevent
maint planning/ensure maint schedules are completed on time. Identify
opportunities to improve equipment reliability/ maint efficiency/
factory standards. Maintain accurate maint records, traceability documents/
compliance paperwork, and system updates. Respond effectively to operational
