3+ years' exp. maintenance/maintenance system mngt, preferably in
food/produce/canning/bottling factory. Knowledge/exp of maintenance
planning/workshop mngt/working knowledge of mechanical/ electrical/plumbing/cooling/heating
systems/advanced troubleshooting/determining causes of operating errors/project
scoping/setting timelines/critical path analysis. Proven people/ management
skills/food processing/Food Safety knowledge/experience an advantage.Must
have integrity/ initiative/energy/drive/a positive/level-headed mindset/able
to work in a structured way/under pressure. Be a natural leader/a
strategic/structured thinker/results-driven/have a proactive approach
to system reliability/financial acumen/budget control discipline/display
excellent communication/analytical skills/ attention to detail. Responsible
for the provision of a comprehensive engineering/maintenance service
to all operations at the factory/lead a team of Artisans to provide
sound technical advice to the mngt team on engineering maintenance/performance/continuous
efficiency/improvement practices/ uphold/improve maintenance/safety
